UMTS Network Tester
The Dyaptive DMTS-9000 is designed to provide increased test coverage and capacity for UMTS wireless network operators and network equipment vendors.
- Generate real-world load profiles of mixed voice and data traffic in UMTS environments
- Load networks with up to 1000 software-defined test terminals (STT) per rack, and up to 64 sectors, or up to a total of 80 sector carriers with support for 3 carriers per sector, to increase test coverage, test base stations and other network equipment to full capacity

Software Defined Radio (SDR)
The DMTS system employs a unique application of SDR technology to effectively put a city in your lab. Using SDR, the DMTS provides software-defined test terminals (STT), including RF conditions and a variety of voice and data traffic. The DMTS-9000 system allows users to control and coordinate mobile behavior and RF conditions, as well as define and run tests that are completly repeatable. Because the system is software based, it is easily upgradeable and reconfigurable, as well as scalable – protecting customers’ investment in their test system.

Configurations
The DMTS-9000 can be deployed in multiple configurations. It can scale from an introductory system supporting saturation of each sector-carrier (cell) up to 120 STTs and connectivity to 64 base station sectors simultaneously. The DMTS-9000 may support up to 3 carrier frequencies per sector using a single Dyaptive transceiver port.
